Quick question. I'm in the middle of completely stripping down my truck and I'm trying to get the dash out. Now there are 6 bolts removed, 3 on each end and I cant find any more. The SOB still wont budge. Quick, please someone tell me how to get this thing out before I "F" it up. Thanks Dave
Relax!!! I know what I'm doing... Now where'd I put the duct tape? |

Hey Dave,
Quick? Lol nothing quick about it, but here it goes.
It won't budge? That is because you have about 45 spot welds to drill out They are all along the bottom flange of the winshield lip. Which means you need to remove the windshield first.

Yeah I figured the best way for me to restore this truck is one piece at a time so I'm gonna completely gut it. I removed the whole front end this evening, mainly to lighten it up so I can move the cab around easier (don't have a hoist) and the cab is gonna need ALOT of atention. I'm doing this in my back yard since I got kicked out of my shop. got a new boss comming in so the personal projects had to disapear. slowly but surely I'll get her done. Dave
