Hi Folks, I'm just looking for anyone that has installed a zz427 in a 1966 biscayne, belair or impala. What little issues will i run into?
All tips will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

I have not installed a zz427 but the likely issues I can think of, I suspect, would be like installing any BBC in a car which didn't have one...assuming it didn't originally have one.

Some specific things I can think of are:
-The oil pan on the B-Body can be close to oil pans so if the zz427 comes with a generic-fit pan it might not work in the B-Body
-Radiator and shroud are different.
-Radiator spacer is likely different.
-You need a combination of motor mounts and engine stands which are intended for BBC to be certain the engine is at the correct height.
-Cars with PS are extremely tight to one header tube on the driver side. I don't know if you plan to use headers but if the heads on the zz427 are different the fit might change??
-Is the height of the intake different? You may want to verify air cleaner to hood clearance.
-If the valve covers are cast will accessories like the AC compressor fit over the valve cover on the passenger side?
