a young woman n her family 6 had been tryn for a very long time to find a house to call their own. They found n bid on a nice rambler in a good area. When the bank appraised the house they said they could not cover the whole loan because of what they thought the place was worth.. the buyers had to come up with 20 thou or the seller had to lower the price. neither choice was not likely to happen. The seller was a older veteran with failing health. He asked to meet the family at the house. Not knowing about the possible non sale, the kids walked n explored the place. The Veteran saw the young family n reduced the price so the sale would go through

What a fantastic story! It’s always heartwarming to hear about the kindness of truly wonderful people—stories like this remind us that even small acts of generosity can make a big difference in someone's day. I always try to do good myself in whatever way I can, whether it’s through simple gestures or thoughtful surprises. One thing I enjoy doing is ordering dine rewards from time to time for my family, without any special occasion or reason. It’s a great way to show appreciation and bring everyone together over a nice meal, creating happy memories without waiting for a holiday or celebration.
