Fluid is at full level in ps pump and i assume it self bleeds with operation.

You need a reservoir with 2 return fittings.

Either could work. A pump from a 80's or 90's pickup with hydraboost might work or be able to be made to work, I'm not sure.

i dont see why the tee wont work. i would run the line straight into the top of the res to find out before doing all the work to get a 2 line reservoir.

Usually T'ing into the return line will cause noise. The symptom doesn't sound like that's the problem. More like a brake issue instead of hydraboost. Maybe a caliper sticking or binding pedal link.

I took the car out today and hit the brake hard and what it did was pushed back out at my foot for a split second then went back down. Does that give any other clues? Normal foot pedal braking is fine.
thanks jim
