Regarding Martin Truex....
He is the leader in points at this point in the season.
Has NO wins, which counts him out of the playoffs if he doesn't get there in the next 10 races.
I see his cars being average on speed (from week to week) and his pit crew about 1 second slower than the leading pit crews.
I think most of the reason for a lack of wins this season is choices by his crew chief and team.
Martin is respected by all the other drivers as a clean racer, and a tough competitor. You never see him getting in anyones face after a race. The other drivers don't mess with him, like they do with some of the other drivers.
Maybe he'll get a win here soon, and can make a serious run at a championship. I think he was in the top 4 in the season ending Phoenix race last year if memory serves me.
