I have no ac in my 2000 silverado. System is charged, compressor clutch works, all fuses and relays good. Replaced the ac/heat actuator blend door assembly. Have assembly removed from dash with harness plugged into it. When I hit the ac button the rotating mechanism does not turn. Thinking not getting power to device. Any thoughts?
