I just changed batteries in my 2016 Z06 and now it won't start. In one video it says to unlock the car with the FOB, but that didn't work. The doors are locked and the dash is blank, but the seat moves and the windows go down. What am I missing?

Had it towed to the dealership. Turns out it was a fuse, that I must have somehow shorted out when I changed the battery.
