Apparently, Chevy is going to put out another EL Camino in 2026 and buyers will have a v6 option as well as a v8 option.

"Ee-El Camino"?! This is why we have nothing to fear from AI.
And BTW, Agree it looks like a shortened Silverado and ugly. How can you make an El Camino with no Chevelles or Impalas to start with?

Ford is supposedly looking at bringing back the Ranchero. I think only AI drawings for now.

I heard Dodge was going to come out with an EL Camino too although they'll call it something different like maybe box in the pants er something.

Bet my C10 fully fueled still has a longer road range. At conservative speeds though.

I won't be running out to get one anytime soon,
but I like the straight 2 door version without the jump seat 1/2 doors better.

The standard engine is apparently a 3 cylinder like they have in those little Buick looking SUV's GM makes.
Maybe they'll throw a turbo or a blower in the little 3 banger

Never had one Hommie, but wouldn't rule out a good deal on a cool one. I'm happy with my 67 Belair crewcab and some day I may be burried in it.

I was hoping to see something like the Holden Ute from Australia. It's much more like a modern version of an El Camino. That Chevy has pretty nice sideview styling in the 2 door version, but the front end and grill is one of the ugliest in Chevrolet history.

Looks like a recreated Avalanche that needs a lot more Chrome. Too Goth.
Bring back the Envoy. 5.3, 300 HP, just the right size. 2 Door model would be perfect.

It’s about as entertaining as an STD.
It’s a slammed next stolen “car” doing burnouts in a intersection.
“No quema cuh”
Isn’t Gm wanting to resurrect the chevelle too? Maybe use that instead of a slammed Silverado.
Don't go BROKE trying to look RICH. Act your WAGE!! |
