I have the heads off my 350 and noticed some of the water passages, the cause of the blown head gasket were clogged. I opened them up with an awl but I can feel a lot of scale inside the hole. Is there some way I can flush them out. I tried putting compressed air in the holes but it did nothing.

To do it right, you would really need to lift the motor out, take it apart and have the block hot-tanked, assuming they even do that anymore.
The next option would be to put the heads back on, rig up some sort of radiator hose connection between the water pump outlet and thermostat inlet (remove the thermostat) and figure out a way to spin the pump to circulate a cleaner through the block.
Just my opinion, of course.

Thanks. I can get the hot tank done in my area. However, before I do that, going to pull the oil pan off to see if it's 4 bolt. If not, not going to bother. Right now got to get a tow out of my small garage, get the car turned around facing the front.

What's up with that? Are you build a race car? If not, check the numbers on the block, find out what year the block is? I had a 283 bored out to 301 and regularly spun it to 7k rpm.
Hot tank the heads, block and intake, especially if it is the engine that came with the car imho.
