Let me explain better. I got an 88-92 turbo trans to replace my turbo 350. We have the trans in, but the issue now is that my 350 in my '55 is a cable operated speedometer, and the 700R4 is electric. I have been told that you can get an adapter for it, but no one in my area knows anything about it!
My question is, what have you guys done to fix this issue?
Thanks, Don

You can change the reluctor on the output shaft to a gear to use a mechanical speedometer. Here's a kit. https://www.bowtieoverdrives.com/catalog/catalog.p...
