I just purchased an LT1 that came out of a 1970 corvette. It also came with the original muncie. I can't seem to find what the code relates to in regards to what muncie it is. The code is P0619. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P0619 trans production date
P = MUNCIE 4SP M20, M21, M22
0 = 1970
6 = June
19 = Day

There should be another stamped code similar to 10A123456 which would be the VIN derivative number matching to the original vehicle is was assembled into. It often stamped vertically into the flange where trans mounts to engine.

Thanks for the help, I just got it home, so I will look for the other number. I was hoping that this transmission was an M22. It has all the indications:
10 spline input shaft
no rings on the input shaft
drain plug
