Currently in planning mode to covert my 348 to EFI, leveraging a Terminator system. Not really interested into a header conversion unless it's either really practical or mandatory. I'm curious about how a standard 348 crossover exhaust pipe would respond to the Oxygen sensor install.
I have read other posts some block off the crossover pipe for other reasons, but my interest here would be in getting the most out of an exhaust setup for the EFI data. Thx

When using a wide band o2 sensor, best location is just rearward of the crossover pipe joint, that way it is reading a combination of readings from both banks.

Most aftermarket systems use only one bank for the O2 sensor. Don't worry about the crossover. Don't place the sensor too far downstream.
