I am building a sbc 350 with roller lifters and had a couple of questions if anybody can help please.

1. I will be purchasing a top end kit that does not include the lifter rods. how do you determine the right size rods?
2. Where can i purchase affordable roller lifters without breaking the bank.

3. The heads that i am looking at are 190cc heads so is this the right cam for it below if not what cam do you recommend.
I want .490-515 Lift and 110-112 LSA.
Any advice you can provide would be a great help.

Years ago we used a company called Northern Auto Parts and they were absolute experts on engine rebuild parts.

People fear change because it threatens what they know, or what they claim to know.

Need more information. Everything choice depends on what combination of parts you have. What pistons are you using? What is the combustion chamber size of the heads you are referencing? Has your block been decked? What is the duration @ .050 of the cam you mentioned and what brand is it?
