I need to replace my engine harness in my Impala. I found this one on H&H Classic: https://hhclassic.com/i-13698333-engine-har ness.ht...
My question is, which engine harness is this as there are two places on the firewall that have a wiring harness going to it. One of them goes to the left (when looking in front of the engine bay) and the other goes to the right and under the fender to the voltage regulator, alternator. I need this one. If anyone could steer me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

The one to the inside is the engine harness. The one to the outside is the F/L. Give me the specs on your car and I'll give you the proper part numbers to order.

I would need the F/L harness. My car is a 1965 Impala SS hardtop with a 396. I do have an external regulated alternator.

OK, That will do the lights, the alternator and internal regulator, horn relay and ammeter circuits.
P/N is CG59094DI if the alternator is still in the stock driver side location, or CG59094PI if the alternator has been relocated to the passenger side.
