Hi There
I have the AA 57 update wiring kit and all works fine. My AA flasher relay that came with the kit is very fast, too fast really. I have stock bulbs, no LED's. Is a slower, maybe adjustable version available? I would also prefer an audible ticking on flashing too if possible as this one is silent.
Many thanks
Al

Which kit are you using? If a Classic Update kit, that's a first for me. Usually a fast flashing unit is a indication that you have a bulb out. Did you check that? Another thing to do is to change out the hazard flasher and the turn signal flasher and see what happens. If no change, that is a pretty good indication of something going on with the car, not a flasher problem.
If you have a Hwy. 22 or 15, the electronic flasher in them has had a few issues in certain scenarios. We do have a new flasher for those units that will correct what you are describing. This flasher WILL NOT fit into other kits. Completely different pin-out and design.

Hi Donny
It's a classic update harness #500435. All bulbs are fine and they do work fine but just flash very fast. I've done 4000 miles on a restored car and lived with it but I keep thinking something's not quite right here. I was going to swop in the hazzard relay (which is not in use) but the relays are a very tight fit in the fuse block and don't want to budge. They do pull straight out yes? They don't lock in somehow?

They just pull out. There is nothing special about them. You should be able to grab one from a parts store over there pretty inexpensively.

Here's one to try. This particular seller has an awesome rating and look at how many transactions that they are rated!
Sorry that you have had issues with these parts. However, try this.
