When removing the factory CATS, on the drivers side I see there were 2 gaskets used when connecting to the exhaust manifold, one is the exhaust system seal ring and the other is an exhaust pipe flange gasket. However when I look at specs for the factory exhaust I only see the seal ring referenced. Are both these gaskets required when replacing the CATS? The seal ring came new with the replacement CATS I purchased but no flange gasket. Of course I can purchase the new flange gasket but I dont see it referenced as part of the factory exhaust.
