I will try to give a more productive response since it appears that you are looking for a quicker ratio steering box.

You don't say what car you have or if it has power steering. Lares 18633 is a fast ratio gear box that is a direct replacement for a 59-64 Impala with power steering. Rockauto has it for $304.79.

Yes, I understand. Consider it a starting point. There are boxes out there that have a guaranteed fit and have been converted to a high ratio. Back in the day, the slow steering ratio was what people wanted, today it is different.

I attempted to provide a more constructive response than to tell you to install the OE box, which it did not appear to me that you had interest in doing.

I just put a P.S. box in my 63 327 no notch rad, and it fit. It is a Borgenson box and it came with a plate that bolts on the frame then the box bolts to plate. I bought the kit from the classifieds it looks alot like the CPP kit

Borgeson has one..... I recommend having a steering pro go over it and have it adjusted, the place I got mine from says they are often over adjusted from new making them less than ideal for handling.

I bought a borgeson ps and was told i needed a notch on the radiator (decided to get an aftermarket rad as original was leaking bad)
ANyways i didnt need it as it would have cleared it (by a couple mm)

The Lares fast ratio steering box is the same size as the original GM units and does not require a notched radiator.

I have a 62 and put the Borgeson 800106 in with that bracket and it is way off. It points too low and directly at the cross member. I guess I'm going. to have to reconfigure the geometry and make a new bracket? Anyone have this problem?

Yes I had a new mounting bracket made in Aluminum.
It was made using a computer program.
I still have the bracket and a complete global west front steering with the Borgenson steering box
