Anyone know where to find this? It’s on top of the TB where the plastic air cleaner sits.

Yeah, figured that. After posting, I thought to myself..."wonder if he's referring to a Vortec"....then I went to sleep.
It's unfortunate, I only think TBI while here in the 88-98 section....I am well aware of Vortec FI, but I own a TBI....so, that's where my brain goes. My excuse and sticking to it...lol

Here is a pic of the rubber gasket/oring on the inside of the air intake duct that goes over the TB. This is off my 96 so I could take a pic of it but it’s the same on 97. The oring seal is where you see the orange.

No worries. I’m the other way, only have Vortecs so that’s all that’s on my brain. Appreciate the reply,

Hmm, appears long DC'd and no aftermarket stepped up.
Can you measure it and take a look at McMaster-Carr or if you have a good local hardware or hydraulic supplier may have sonething close....a simple, black O-ring for example.
For what it's worth the GM part# 15713884

Thank you got the part number, that’s farther than I got! I’ve thought about orings but wanted to find real thing.

The real thing...? Your only option might be to visit a pick n pull ...aka: boneyard and bring a pick. Although, they maybe just as bad as yours.
