Guys, I need your help. This is in reference to my High-Level Brake Light-1986 Chevy Camaro. Center of the rear cargo area is G303 for the 3rd brake Light. I have 3 ground wires and one neutral live wire which originates from the hatch contact assembly. Can someone tell me where that live wire gets connected to? I presently have it connected to G303 and I am pretty sure that should not be attached there. I think that could be the reason why my 3rd brake light will not work. Am I correct? Should that live wire be connected to the yellow wire? Desperate for help

Further investigation, based on trial and error I grounded the wire separately from the others and blew the fuse.
So, it must be attached along with the other ground wires @ G303 to complete the circuit. However, I have yet to get the 3rd brake light to work. I believe the brake light switch is at fault here. I'll keep you's all advised of the outcome.
