The vehicle is not a 1972 model. I would suggest you have it towed to the dealer rather than have someone patch together a key for it.
For a Mercedes, if you lose the key, you need to have the vehicle physically present at the dealer, pay for a new key FOB, have it programmed and show proof of ownership before anyone even gets out of bed
