I am a new member and need help removing the engine. I have read in the manual that I need to split the u-joint and I am not clear on this. my objective is to replace the clutch. I have been restoring WW2 military vehicle for the past 20 years or so and this is my first venture into a 28 chevy. Any advise will be welcome, critical pictures would help a lot. I thank you in advance for any help.

it helps to have the correct tools a hydraulic press, and or tools designed to remove u-joints
don't beat them with a hammer it almost always results in damage, use a tool or press
