so like it says there is no fuel pressure. i changed the relay, checked the fuse both under the hood. changed the fuel pump and it does the same thing. where is a good spot to start with this. the inly thing i haven't checked ( due to rain) is the fuel filter. i had a guy listen foe the pump before and after the new one was put on. no sound on either of them.
i believe the power wire for the pump is grey and i will put voltage on that and see what happens( and the old one that came off just for fun) but i don't wanna mess up the computer in the truck. it goes through a relay and if that relay is still open, voltage SHOULDNT go back past that so im just fishing for another lead. any ideas would be helpful.
im a capable shade tree mechanic i just do not have scan tools and the electronics that's needed to look for stuff. but now that i said that, i can get one from a friend. i am also open to schematics .i found a few but maybe a few years off but not exactly for an 07 but with it being a chevy ,chances are they are basically the same may be a color change here and there. thanx for reading.

Not a lot on the subject but I fixed the issue. It wasint the fuel pump.tjere is a short somewhere in the fuse box under the hood. The fp relay has constant power and that should only have power when the ECU tells it to. I bypassed all of that and put a relay,2 15 amp fuses and a diode in line with the fuel pump wire at the back .connected it to an on with the car on and I am off and back driving around
