My original proporting valve has 5 total holes in which one would be for a bracket. However, the new one i got has a total of 6. Can the extra hole, which is threaded for a brake line, be plugged? Or is it the wrong one completely?

I would imagine that one is for the BRAKE warning switch?

In that case, including the small connector for brake warning light wire, my original has 6 total spots for connections, and the replacement i ordered has 7.
