I want to modify the inner fender wells/liners on a '64 Impala Sport Coupe to mount over the outer fender and remove that seam that loves to gouge our knuckles when washing these cars. Has anyone done this? Any advice on how to do it once/do it right? I'd rather measure 45x and cut once than have to order another couple of crappy aftermarket liners.
If I should have posted this in the 'Paint and Body' forums just poke me, I wasn't sure and figured posting in the area for the car I am working made sense.
