The "C" pillar trim of my 1977 Malibu is original Sage Green, warped, and brittle. Haven't found a vendor who makes replacements. Anyone know a vendor or have a solution such as having an upholstery shop craft something with cardboard and vinyl?

Years ago I did a similar search for a 1977 Caprice. The plastic was degrading and turning into powder. I could never find those replacement parts so I ended up finding a decent used one and painted it to match.
There isn't a lot of aftermarket parts available for these cars since they never reached a status of any type of collectability until recently. There probably aren't enough to support an aftermarket demand of these type of parts to make tooling and setup profitable.
