355 cid SBC W/882 heads run Ok but température on exit at headers run about 420F except # 6 that shows 550F . Is there some things bad Somewhere ? I have the heads check up , nothing serious, change plugs, wires but still the same. Where should I look ? May leave it or try colder ac43 spark

Normally with everything running and tuned right exhaust temps don't vary by that much. But poor fuel distribution or a lean cylinder can cause this. If the car runs well, no sign of trouble and if you read the spark plug condition and it looks ok, leave it go.

I agree. Not sure on a carbureted engine what would cause that but perhaps a gap in the intake manifold where the engine pulls in air around that intake runner that isn't going through the carburetor.

100° temperature difference at idle is normal.
