have chance to a tilt column for my impala.will my factory non tilt wheel and bottom column dash cover work.

The wheels are certainly the same.
But I believe the covers have different lengths between the two.

The wheel is the same. You need to make sure the dash collars are with the column, as they are shorter than the standard column. You also need to make sure that the piece that bolts to the rag joint is there, as the tilt and tilt tele have a removable end. They are also really hard to find separately, the wire harness adapter you can buy after market, you also want to make sure the cable for the turn signal switch is free and working as well as the turn signal switch is there as well. thanks big red.i am going to pass on this column.was looking cause on my 1967 ss chevelle i did same swap and was a simple bolt in everything including plug was same thanks
