My experience with this company isn't good. I ordered an instrument cluster for my 2005 Silverado. It came fast and worked so so for a couple of months. It had a couple of quirks from a prior vehicle that I could live with, like a fault with rear disc brakes that my truck doesn't have. I feel this should have been cleared out when the cluster was repaired. I sent a message to the supplier that it was defective and wanted to exchange it for a good one but got no response. I tried to call but couldn't get a good number. The last straw was when it began changing languages by itself just recently and then locked up.
I found a place locally that I could get a rebuilt cluster cheaper with a guarantee so I did.

Thanks for posting your experience here and hopefully it will help others make a good choice when picking where to get their cluster repaired. Looking at their ebay store they have 100% positive feedback so I'd have to wonder if others had bad experiences yet the clock ran out on feedback before theirs started having problems, or they left a positive the moment they installed and it was working at that time.

They advertise a 5 year warranty but if they won't honor it....

Thanks for your reply. I believe the 5 year warranty they offer costs an extra $50 which to me is a rip off. You are probably right as to the other point about the failure being after initial time being too late. My failure was 60 days.
