I pulled out my steering column and wondering if there is a kit to rebuild it

Not that I know of. There really is nothing to rebuild in a steering column, other than replacing worn parts.

Kits aren't available. However, bearings and some other wear parts can be found. Word of warning: Some of those parts are not very good. For example, I had to fabricate a bushing to ensure that the upper steering shaft bearing had little or no slop with the bearing inner race. If there's slop, then the turn signal canceling mechanism won't work reliably. Another example: if you're rebuilding a 3-speed column you may find excessive axial play at the selector arms at the bottom of the column. To erase that play, I had to fabricate a thrust washer to take up the play. These are the sorts of things that I wasn't able to find anywhere, so I resorted to making my own parts. These fixes have worked flawlessly for several years now.

Good luck on your search and your project!
