Hello, Is the vertical offset (angle) between drive shaft and output shaft of trans supposed to be equal and opposite at the rear pinion on rear end.

Yes, but the differential angle could be a bit more so that when the suspension loads up under full power it moves towards being the same.

More so on leaf spring cars, but yes the rear housing tries to rotate upward as you accelerate because the pinion gear is rotating and turning your differential ring gear. This makes the ring gear try to “climb” the pinion gear and since the ring gear is bolted to the differential and the differential is bolted to the rear end housing, the housing tries to rotate. The rear rotating upward is the reason traction bars were invented. They limit the amount the housing can rotate.
