I would like to know the length of seatbelt do I need to get for a 4 door sedan (front and back)? T.I.A.

Length depends on where you will be mounting them. Probably should do some measuring before ordering. Seatbeltsplus.com has good info on measuring/installation.

The back seat belts will attach to the floor kick-up right behind the seat cushion, so probably will want the shortest, 60 inch belt. The front seats will probably need longer belts (74 inch) because they will mount to the floor 4-6 inches below the seat cushion, and also need to leave some extra slack in the belt for seat to slide back and forth.

It can be a big PITA to get front belts installed on a four door. Not sure if this applies to the 1960, but on my 58 four door the fabric on the back of the seat goes past the joint between seat back and seat bottom. No way to get a belt up in there without first partially removing that fabric, which is held on with hog rings at the bottom. PITA!

I'm sure they will be the same as for a '59.
When I had the front seat reupholstered I told my guy I was going to install front seat belts and he told me to get the belts first so he could install the inner belts while he was doing the work.
Let me know if you would like me to measure and photograph how I did mine.

The seat belts were manufactured by Seatbelt Solutions in Jupiter, FL.
The outside belts measure 30" of actual belt.
Apparently optional in 1959 as the new floor pan had holes which added up for anchoring them.
In the 2nd photo you will clearly see what you are up against with the bench seat.......
