Condition and location will determine most of the value. I've got a couple that were given to me and taken out of running vehicles. 3 speed or Powerglide?

This is a perfect example of why you should add your location to your profile.

I removed a complete drive train with Powerglide, rear end, and complete front suspension with intact steering sector. Couldn't give any of it away. It all eventually went to the recyclers. I felt bad about it, I thought that somebody, somewhere, would have needed some of those parts but, at the time, no such luck.

If you are somewhere close to Southeastern Pa I would be interested in the rear.

I pulled my tired stock 235 out of my 52 Chevy, in order to install a modified 235. Not having much room in my garage I listed it on Craig's List for $450. and got a half a dozen calls within a couple of days. The guy that bought it showed up with cash and a truck. I gave him the HEI distributor, I didn't need since I had a new one. Selling the complete drive train could be a problem. Again it all depends where you live? Good luck with the sale.
