Hello,

I have been working on the 1954 210 DelRey that we have again. I was just removing all of the lower trim that was still on the car and found a 3 wire bundle behind the kick panels. The wires are Orange, Light Green and Red. They have been cut and were just sitting in the cavity. Could it be that the car had power windows at one time and they were removed by a previous owner or is that how they came out of the factory.

The car does have power seats.

Thanks

Per the 1954 supplement to the shop manual, the wires were light green, red, and white/black.

The power windows and power seats are discussed together, and the way its written makes it sound like they were a package. I say its very likely, but I'm not an expert.
