Speedometer needle jumps up and down about 10 mph.Like to try lube the cable to see if that works. Been so long since had cable out. Can the inner cable be pulled out from the bottom where it hooks to transmission or does it have to come out the top? Tried pull it some on bottom but wont move. Is there a flange on the top of the cable to keep it in place? Thanks.
