I thought I would post here also as the El Camino site isn't as widely traveled.
I usually run around in the 65-66 Impala forum, but I came here looking for help. My neighbor recently purchased a beautiful '80 El Camino LT1 350/ turbo 350.
We are trying to find a service/shop manual and not having much luck. Does anyone have a PDF of one? Or a spare hard copy you would be willing sell for a reasonable price?
On our 65-66 forum we have every manual in the sticky section that we can download but I don't see anything like that here.
Thanks in advance for any assistance

I would say that the basic Malibu service and assembly manual should work for the majority of the vehicle. Having the LT1 engine changes things a bit, but it is still a SBC.

People fear change because it threatens what they know, or what they claim to know.

I have some manuals that cover late 70s to 80s if you are looking for a particular subject I might be able to scan and send to you
