I have an 80 Camaro 2Dr Coup. My question is about front side lights.
The front left blinker and front left side light ‘blink’ when I select left blinker.
The front right blinker and front right side light ‘blink’ when I select right blinker.
All 4 of those lights ‘blink’ when I turn Hazards ON.
When I pull my headlight knob halfway out, nothing on the front of my car turns ON. Not even the front side lights.
When I pull my headlight knob all the way out, only the headlights turn ON.
I have not driven my Camaro in 25 years, but I think the front should have front parking lights.
I replaced the headlight switch and checked all fuses. I have a Service Manual and the diagrams look like the front side lights should turn ON with the headlight switch. I have checked all the blinker bulbs and made sure they are correct, type 1157 that have 2 offset pins. The front side lights are type 194.
Should the headlight switch turn ON the side lights or is my car working properly? Any suggestion on what might be wrong?

The front marker and side lights should come on with the headlight switch pulled out to the first and second position. Before the mid 60s, front marker lights used to only work with the headlight switch in the first position. They went out when you turned on the headlights. Side marker lights started in 1968 and always came on with the headlight switch pulled out to the first and second position.
1157 bulbs have 2 elements and one element lights for the marker and the other for the blinker. 194 bulbs only have one element and just go out and light back up to flash as a blinker. So you could have an 1157 bulb that doesn’t light with the marker but will light with the blinker. But since your 194 bulbs don’t light either I would say that is not the problem. If you have a test light, check for power at the sockets when you have the marker lights on. If you don’t have power at the socket, test the wires. One of the wires (there’s 2 at the side marker, 3 at the front marker) should have power. If there is no power at the wire, you have a broken wire, bad headlight switch or blown fuse. And you said you checked the fuses. You could have a bad ground too, but since the front blinker is working I would doubt that at least for the front marker light.

Sounds like someone got a wire crossed? The parking light circuit wire and headlight should operate the side marker lights. But the side markers should never blink.
I'd trace the wiring back from the side markers, and park/turnsignals, and see where there's a sign of any rewiring having been done. I think somewhere around the parking lights the two got swapped, and need to be swapped back.
