My wife and I bought an original 1930 Chevrolet 3 window coupe that needs all new tires. I have seen videos on changing the tires but they use a split rim tool. Does anyone know who has these? Can these tires be changed without using the split rim tool? Thank you in advance

The "rim jack" or "rim tool" or "rim spreader" are often on ebay. You do need to get one that fits the diameter rim you have. I have one that fits a 19" rim and an adjustable one that fits almost any size split rim.
For years I just used a long heavy duty screwdriver to force one end of the rim inside the other after undoing the latch. Then using the same screwdriver I pried the inside part of the rim out and over the latch pin. Making the rim into a corkscrew shape. Then it is easy to pull the rim out of the tire.
To reassemble you put the powdered tube inside the tire, install the flap, slightly inflate the tube and put the rim inside the tire. Then you can use a piece of 2x4 and a bottle jack to expand the rim until you can lock it. After your fourth or fifth one it only takes about fifteen minutes. I did it this way for over 40 years before I bought a rim jack. The jack is a good investment.
Good luck
