Hello all, have the typical (for midwest) rust in the rear portions of the rear door openings on my 57 4-door. Who currently supplies replacement pieces for this area? Is dogleg the proper name for the pieces that I'm in need of (besides the rocker panels)? Thanks.
Trying to link to a photo on another website, but having some issues.

Does it still count as a "barn find" when it's your barn? |

When I rebuilt my 4 dr. wagon the first time, they were not available. I ended up welding pieces together to make my own. A lot of cutting and fitting but they are still holding together.

Yeah, that's not rusted!! You should have seen my 55. They are available, but the rocker panels you get will cover most of that. I don't remember where I got mine, I spent $500+ with half a dozen vendors. East Coast Chevy probably has them.

Thanks guys for the input. Most of the big suppliers (Cars, Danchuk, Ecklers, etc.) all seem to sell the same pieces. Are they all getting them from the same manufacturer(s)? Who is the source for these parts, is it someone like "Real Deal Steel" or do they just buy from someone who actually makes the stampings?
