I take it you mean the 'sail' panel trim? If so, I believe you have to remove the inside trim and the glass, and the upper portion has a clip at the top (by the door) that is either a push clip or a stud with a nut. At the very point (at the back) there is a stud/nut that is inside the trunk. The bottom piece is separate, I don't remember how it attaches at the moment (it's been 6 years!) but you'll be able to see it from the inside.
