hi looking to see if anyone has done a s10 frame swap on a 55 to 57 chevy pick up and if so any info would be great. thanks for your time

I haven’t done the swap, but there are kits available. Fatman Fabrications is one source. I do know the frame is narrower than stock and requires 3” longer front A-arms to place the front wheels out further. And I know for the ‘48-‘55 1st series it raises the bed floor, so I would assume it does the same for the ‘55-‘59 trucks as well since the S10 frame kicks up behind the cab.

sorry it took so long to reply just figured out how to do it. thank you for the info it will be something I will keep my eye on when I start the mods to the frame. thanks again for the info.
