Polished aluminum wire looms that sit directly over headers. 350F+ degrees at times.

what clear coat do you recommend

The only HT clear coat I’ve found is VHT HIGH TEMP GLOSS CLEAR for wheels. I’ve used it on copper fittings for the heater and happy w/ it. It does say good to 250* F.

I bought some brackets made from aluminum from a places called March,
this had to be more than 5 years ago,
those brackets still look like the day I got them,
but then this car lives in a garage 24/7/365,
they have been clear coated with something.
so these commercial places are coating them with something that lasts.
"All March Performance's Pulleys and Brackets come clear powder coated,
ensuring a maintenance and polish free finish"
no wonder.
