Hi, im looking for a site to buy a particular multiwire elect connector. To be specific its the plug connector that feeds a center console of a 65’ impala. ( connects the wire harnesses from dash to console together. )
Thanks jim

IS it a Pack-Con III terminal?

https://www.clipsandfasteners.com/GM-Pack-Con-III-...

I had a hard time finding pieces for that type. I ended up switching both sides of mine to use Packard 56 terminals and shells when I custom re-wired my car. For example, Clips and Fasteners has the terminals, but not the housing shells.

That's a Packard 56, 8 wire male connector. Link to male connector.

Here's it's female mate. Link to mating connector.

If you are going to do much wiring it is best to get a crimp tool with changeable jaws for a variety of connectors.

acardon has the connectors right. Those Packard 56 terminals are way easier to find the pieces for.

The MSD 3506 is supposed to be the correct jaws for the Packard terminals if you already have their plug wire crimper tool. If not, buy a cheap ratcheting crimp tool to put them in since most of those tools work the same.

If you get from AAW, then just ask. They'll help you out. I'm fairly certain the blue handled set is what you need though. Check the wire size range they give for the yellow vs blue.

Or something like this,

Might need to find a set for the heavier wires too though.
