Has anyone posted a repair on 1957 Westclox dash clock

Someday,I'll be ridin' in a 57 chevrolet,she'll have whitewalls,headlights like diamonds,someday, someday.......

Are you looking to repair it yourself or have one fixed? Here is a company that fixes them:

You can also do a quartz conversion. The quartz conversion makes the second hand a constant sweep motion and not the tick-tock motion of the original remontoire clock. If you don’t care about the second hand motion, I would recommend the quartz conversion. The traditional clocks have points and coils that can get damaged beyond repair from low battery voltage, which can be common in collector cars.

Thanks for the info, being in Canada it is a little costly to send clock to USA, but I may have to resort to that. I had a clock repair done here but has not worked out for the best.
