I have a sagging drivers side door that new door hinge bushings did not correct. The problem appears to be with the frame side hinges , which by the way is welded. Question: If I install new bushings in the welded hinges, do I leave the door side hinges without bushings, or should all 4 hinges have bushings installed?

Only the body side gets bushings. If the originals are badly worn and ovaled, GM makes (made?) larger OD bushings as replacements. Hinge would need to be drilled out to accommodate them, if memory is correct, GM P# 20429500...I believe also available thru aftermarket at most mass merch stores. Pins are hardened but can be worn as well, best to check them carefully too.
