I have seen a number of posts on different sites and did not get the meaning. A composite might be: I don't watch NASCAR anymore because it is too political.
Now if one half of the field was blue and the rest were red I would get it. :biggrin

Speculate that they are referring to the Confederate flag ban, the black lives matter promotion, the Bubba Wallace noose incident, and the constant pumping of the #23 car introduction.
This is all similar to the kneeling for the national anthem, and BLM stuff seen with football and other sports.
If this stuff bothers you, you have two choices. Don't watch at all, or a less drastic choice is don't tune in until they are racing (or playing ball).

As well as now allowing kneeling during the National Anthem. It is not against the rules at the tracks anymore.
Then to add more weight on the scale, next year they want to go to 1-Lug Nut. Further distancing themselves from a long standing tradition.
What's next? Automatic Transmissions?
