What is the best way to repair a no longer useful front brake hose to brake line bracket?

Details - the bracket to hose fit is loose, wobbled out, the brake hose end that fits it was also rounded. I guess some minor reassembled the related hardware after the mechanic replaced the spindles. Any way, the driver side bracket has seen better days.

It's been 2 days and no one has answered,
Surly others have seen this before,
The issue is the thickness of the bracket is just enough so when the brake line fitting is in the bracket a clip is pushed in and it holds the fitting in place preventing rotation or back and forth movement of the brake hose assembly.
Short of replacing or weld repair then filing to fit, is it possible to use shim material of some thickness bent "u" shaped and put through the bracket then install the brake hose?
Would that be tight enough?
Seems most any thing you would try would be in the way, or is it make another bracket and bolt, to the old bracket? Maybe machine screws.
Not really sure what I would do, maybe make another bracket and weld or bolt to old bracket?

Thats what I would do. Cut the old bracket off at the bend. Make and bend a new bracket that could be bolted to the top of the old bracket that is still on the frame. The old bracket and frame together, will be thick enough to drill and tap for a couple of bolts. Link to brake line bracket.

I was told it is just a round hole, so trim and bolt or weld would be the way to go.

Silly me, I was expecting to be able to simply buy a couple of repair type brackets with the thickness obstacle in check.
I bought a hot rod fabrication bracket from Speedway and another stock bracket for a 67-69 Camaro as it looked long enough I could cut it and bolt or weld it to the original bracket.
we'll see how they look when they get here.

I would have thought that entire brackets would be common place. But they aren't. Weird.
A fabricator would be a good send!

A thin washer might be a solution or possibly even dimpling the horse shoe looking piece for a tighter fit.

Well, the Detroit Inline Tube 68/69 Pontiac bracket arrived and it is almost a perfect bracket. I say almost because of course it does not look anything like the Tri 5 bracket, BUT, the bracket does have the perfect thickness and hole diameter, and the actual tab is long enough to work perfectly for this repair.
I have settled on using a machine screw to set it in place and will have a friend put a few spot welds to solidly connect it to the chassis, old bracket, frame, etc.
