Ramjet 350 suddenly lost idle rpm. Idle was always about 690rpm. One day it started to not idle above 510. When started cold there is no fast idle. It is drive able if I wait to let it warm, otherwise it stalls.
Could it be the IAC (does it even have one?) or an O2 sensor going bad?
Even turning on the Vintage air doesn't increase idle.
What code reader to use? Where is the DTC port?
Got me stumped.

You posted your question on the '58-'60 Forum. You will probably get better response if posted on the '67-'70 Forum.

The Ramjet has a unique code reader. Standard readers don't work. Link to code reader. The DTC port is usually near the fuses and relay.
A Ramjet is a crate engine only and can be put in any vehicle. It was never put in a production vehicle as far as I know.
The IAC could be the problem. It's mounted on the left of the throttle body above the throttle position sensor.
The Ramjet ECM doesn't have any input from air conditioning to change idle speed.
The O2 sensor isn't used until the engine warms up, so that's not likely the problem.
It could also be a vacuum leak at the brake booster, fuel regulator connection in back of manifold, or manifold sensor (MAP) connection, between 1 & 3 cylinders. Link to image:
