What size are LS1 fan motor blades? My ZZ4 is running a little warm but it’s above 100 degrees now. The 454 radiator cools quickly with minor speed. At idle, temps with a/c rise a little too high. Temp range is 210-225 at lights. I’m considering upgrading the fans. Or adding an auxiliary fan for a/c cooling.

100+ outside.
I've realized if I need info usually it's not on Google or internet. Modifications require ingenuity.

I just looked on Rockauto for 1999 Corvette radiator fan, says the fan diameter is 12.999 inches, might as well say 13 inches, on this car it has 2 fans.

I understand they both run together on high or low.

On low the ECM cuts voltage in half for lower speed.

You can buy the whole fan assembly with shroud, both motors and fan blades there for $112.79 plus tax and shipping, says lifetime warranty.

Not sure if it would fit your radiator, thought of taking my fan assembly off and see if it would fit the 1965 C10 radiator, then order this, however would need wiring harness or make one.

1965-C10,
BADBOW is running a set of LS1 fans. I've been running them for years. I had a good original OEM set. OEM worked better over aftermarket replacements. The OEM set seemed to pull more air. They sure were louder when on. I know temps probably went up a bit since I closed the radiator and condenser gap. The A/C works better with a closed gap. I'm asking about the fan blade size for another modification. I'm thinking about installing Spal 13" fans on a stock LS1 fan housing. The shroud fits perfect between the 454 radiator end caps.

If you want to run two speeds, use a Volvo relay harness. I run mine at full speed. Either with an A/C trinary switch or engine head temp probe trigger.

You can find a pic of aftermarket fans bolted on here.
