Im needing some expertise as to where I could find a dual line sending unit for a 1968 Chevy Impala SS 427. I can't seem to find one. I dropped the old one and realized it was 2 lines and can't seem to find the replacement.
Does anyone know if there is a sending unit from another model that I could make work?

You can rebuild your stock sending unit. Don't throw it away because they are uncommon.

It has a fuel return line built into the sending unit.

You can modify a Spectra Premium FG-106a 2-line sender by just using a tubing bender to bend the 2 tubes downward to match the original. I did this on 2 of my restorations. worked great and the hole size and orientation is the same

Classic Industries has them for around 63-64 models with the 3/8 fuel line. They are about $50. Don't know if you can adapt the 1/4 return off your old one or not but my guess is that it can be done.

Good luck

Don

Sorry, Did not see Don S's post above. Not familiar with Spectra sending units but I'm sure he's on to something.
