Replacing all the shocks on my 1965 Impala SS. Does anyone know the torque specs of the rear lower shock mount bolt and upper two bolts. Also, anyone know what the front upper and lower bolts are supposed to be torqued to? I looked in the reference manual, but could not find anything. Thanks.

The 65 Chassis Service manual, in the reference materials area, gives the torque settings in the specifications section towards the end, pages 434 and 435.

Front upper 5-8 lbs. ft.
Front lower 10-15 lbs. ft.

Rear upper 10-15 lbs. ft.
Rear lower 40-60 lbs. ft.
